Executive Corporate Services Job OpeningWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Executive Corporate Services at our organization.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate services, with a strong understanding of operational procedures and emergency protocols.A key requirement for this position is a degree in Diploma or Graduation and MBA, as well as 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Identifying and responding to operational issues and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.Coordinating with vendors to ensure that delivery standards are consistently met.Providing training to on-site teams on housekeeping standards and best practices.Maintaining an inventory of all housekeeping materials and consumables.Conducting thorough checks of facilities to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.Carrying out regular audits and visits to all offices in the area to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensuring the availability of transportation for business requirements.Optimizing costs associated with electricity, transport, pantry, and housekeeping.Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction within established timelines.Ensuring compliance with organizational benchmarks and guidelines.This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.The following skills and qualifications are essential for success in this position:Diploma or Graduation and MBA degree5-8 years of experienceHousing is not provided, but other benefits may be negotiable.
