Role Description We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong business acumen and analytical mindset to oversee our operations from planning to execution.This role requires someone who combines project management expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership integrity to ensure Trydan Tech continues to grow sustainably and efficiently. He will be more than a project leader should act as a key strategic partner, capable of managing the company’s workflows, analyzing performance, optimizing resources, and driving growth across all business verticals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The Project Manager will oversee and execute business operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with company goals. Conduct business performance analysis, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven strategies. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between departments (development, marketing, operations, finance, etc.). Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Lead business reviews and present strategic insights to leadership. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, trust-building, and transparent project delivery. Forecast resource and financial requirements and optimize operations for profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with executives to define long-term business strategies and company objectives. Qualifications Solid experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of resources. Experience in Logistics Management, including planning and coordinating the movement and storage of goods. Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholders management. Knowledge of energy storage systems, renewable energy, or related industries is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management,Engineering, or a related field. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
