This is a hunter role focused on building relationships and closing deals. Primary Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts across various industries Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR directors, and C-level executives Market Research: Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to create targeted sales strategies Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting.
