**Job Title: ServiceNow Hybrid IT Specialist**We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow specialist to design, implement, and optimize hybrid IT processes that enable a reliable and accurate CMDB across on-premises and cloud environments.The role requires expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping), strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, and hands-on experience with multi-cloud visibility (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery across data centers, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.Configure and maintain Cloud Discovery integrations for AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and Kubernetes.Develop and optimize Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors to ensure comprehensive coverage of hybrid IT.Manage MID Servers for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable communication.Integrate Discovery outputs with CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.Define and maintain credentials & API integrations (IAM roles, service accounts, OAuth) for cloud providers.Ensure CMDB accuracy, completeness, and relationship mapping for cloud-native and traditional infrastructure.
