Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM / SAM Specialist

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hybrid PAN India

Type: Functionaltechnical hybrid, no coding required but platform fluency essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) modules.

Manage complete asset lifecycle: request, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

Ensure software license compliance, audit readiness, and vendor optimization.

Integrate data from CMDB, Discovery, and Procurement for real-time asset tracking.

Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.

Analyze usage and renewal data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT Operations teams.

Support internal and external software audits.

Core Skills Required:

Strong ServiceNow knowledge: ITAM, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery.

ITIL v4 Foundation understanding.

License metrics and compliance (Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Oracle, etc.).

Data analysis and reporting (Excel, ServiceNow dashboards).

Vendor and contract management.

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITAM / SAM.

ITIL v4 Foundation.
