Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (with CSA and CIS Certification)

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hybrid PAN India

Job Description:

Owns end-to-end ServiceNow solution design, architecture, and governance. Ensures scalable, secure, and compliant implementation of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.

Design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise IT and security strategy.

Lead platform upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.

Review and validate configurations, customizations, and scripts.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and process owners.

Translate business objectives into technical architecture blueprints.

Govern platform performance, data integrity, and CMDB health.

Drive implementation of ITIL/ITSM processes using ServiceNow modules.

Mentor developers and guide solution design reviews.

Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption roadmap.

Required Skills:

Expert knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and enterprise service management.

Experience in multi-module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Proficiency in Flow Designer, Service Portal, CMDB, and Discovery.

Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to lead large, cross-functional technical teams.

Certifications (Mandatory):

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or equivalent)
