Your responsibilities will include monitoring alerts, addressing production issues, and creating problem tickets for unresolved issues. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including technology, operations, and other upstream and downstream teams, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem resolution. Your proactive approach and technical acumen will be key to maintaining the stability and efficiency of our systems.What You will be doing: • Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.• Responds to customer product inquiries via internet-based email or chat sessions.• Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.• Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning software applications and recommends corrective action.• Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. What you bring: Minimum 3-5yrs of considerable Hand on Experience in Unix, Linux, SQL are the primary requirements for the role.Exposure/Supporting we based applicationShould be able write SQL queries with all types of join and group byShould be comfortable using SQL built in functionsShould be able to debug complex SQL scripts, procedures, views and functions.Should be comfortable with Microsoft SQL Server Management StudioWilling to work in Rotational and weekend shiftKnowledge of the Derivative market especially on post trade activities.Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertiseGood to have finance [Capital Market] domain KnowledgeAdded bonus if you haveKnowledge of FIS' products and servicesKnowledge of financial services industry and basic financial analysis principles and ratiosWhat we offer you:An exciting opportunity be a part of World's Leading FinTech Product MNCA range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeingA multi-faceted job with a broad spectrum of responsibilitiesA modern international work environment and a dedicated and innovative team.Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
