Facilities and Administration Management SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Administration Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for enhancing working conditions for employees by implementing, coordinating, and monitoring facilities and administration systems.Key Responsibilities:Staff and Logistics Management: Manage staff and logistics to ensure smooth facility operations, including employee relocation and settlement into the organization.Statutory Compliance: Coordinate with unit managers to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management, facilities, and housekeeping to facilitate good work conditions.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure factory and office compliances, and process full and final settlements.Required Skills and Qualifications:A graduate or MBA degree in a relevant field.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management and vendor management.Excellent communication skills.Benefits:A dynamic and supportive work environment.What We Offer:A competitive salary package.
