Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Manager For prestigious client at RARE Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality facility management services.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Facility Management, Operations Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience in coordinating facility maintenance and service providers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Experience in team handling ,soft services ( housekeeping )

Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Location : MUmbai Suburbs
  • Experience :8+
