Key Responsibilities :
1. Payroll Management :
o Process and manage end-to-end payroll for on-roll and outsourced employees.
o Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
o Reconcile payroll accounts and handle discrepancies.
o Collaborate with finance and external payroll vendors to ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and labor law requirements.
2. Outsourced Staff Payroll :
o Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage outsourced staff payroll processing.
o Review and validate the vendor's payroll data and ensure timely payment.
o Monitor contracts and ensure all vendor payroll activities adhere to agreed SLAs and compliance standards.
3. HR Operations :
o Manage employee database, exits process, HR letter generation.
o Ensure employee data accuracy in HR systems and maintain updated personnel records.
o Administer HR report wrt. headcount, attrition etc.
o Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and other local labor laws.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
o Prepare reports on payroll and HR operations metrics for management review.
o Ensure proper documentation for audits and legal purposes.
5. Employee Relations:
o Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
o Provide support in resolving employee disputes related to pay, attendance, or other HR-related issues.
o Act as a point of contact for HR issues for outsourced staff.
