Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce sellers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Generate sales reports/dashboards as required in alignment with the Global Ecommerce team.

• Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations and Logistics team.

• Maintain and manage the financial forecast and cost module projections for existing Ecommerce business.

• Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer base to further develop account potential through value added products.

• Manage and coordinate all commercial activities of our Ecommerce customers with the customer service team and track the customer shipment status by removing any existing blockers within operations.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and drive growth in the ecommerce seller segment.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure building out of world class products for seamless experience to customers.


Desired Candidate’s Profile:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as TBD - Sales and Operations Ecommerce Seller Services. An ideal candidate must provide prospective Ecommerce/D2C/B2C clients with our end-to-end solutions ranging from Last Mile, International Air & Ocean Logistics, Warehouse fulfilment, and Shipment services across various categories. Must be from a cross-border logistics background, energetic, wellspoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
