We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us source, attract, and hire the best talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the recruitment cycle, developing sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to fill essential roles. This role is crucial in building a talented and diverse workforce to support our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the offer process.
  • Sourcing and Outreach: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates by communicating proactively and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and align on candidate expectations.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles by fostering relationships and leveraging CRM or ATS systems.
  • Data and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, and report on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal standards, company policies, and DE&I initiatives.
  • Employer Branding Support: Assist in enhancing the company’s employer brand by engaging in talent marketing activities and promoting our company culture.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist with good knowledge on managing on HRMS (Darwin Box)
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing tools. E.g : Darwin Box , Workday etc
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, labor laws, and sourcing best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to make informed hiring decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment or recruiting for technical positions and experience in IT hiring.
  • Experience in managing recruitment ATS and HRMS experience
  • Familiarity with DE&I initiatives in recruitment.
