Join our HR team to oversee full-cycle recruiting for our global sales division. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, particularly in the Pharma and Medical Devices domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through online channels.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures.
  • Use metrics to assess and improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
  • Strong communication skills and a humble attitude.
