Role Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve ambitious occupancy targets, generate qualified leads through a variety of channels including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn and references.
- Conduct presentations and tours of our coworking spaces highlighting the benefits and amenities for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and IPCS to secure reference and partnerships
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with the focus on exceeding revenue goals
- Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long term relationship with clients
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent Cowerkz at corporate events to industry leaders and clients.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and business development officer at Cowerkz India in Pune. The Sales Lead will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, client interactions, team training, and sales management to drive revenue growth and create a thriving community within the co-working space.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to drive results
- Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
