Job Description :Position: Channel Account Manager – HyderabadPosting: HyderabadNo of years of experience: 6-10 yearsPersonality trait:Passion for hi-technology AV productsExcellent verbal & written communication skill (English)Comfortable on Public SpeakingPassionate about sales & driving numbersConfident on Product Demonstration & Solution ArticulationAggressive, Assertive & PersuasiveAbility to work calmly & deliver results under high pressure situationWillingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.Candidates with experience in AV / ProAV domain is preferredCapability of closing deals with CXO’s.Qualification:BE/B.Tech + MBA Marketing / Equivalent (preferred) or, Graduate + MBA Marketing / EquivalentResponsibilities:Customer CentricKey Account Mapping & ManagementExtensive Product Demonstration and Solution Articulation to CustomersLive Demonstration at customer location & convincing decision makers with the help of well-articulated & impressive presentationInfluencing buyers‘ purchase decision with Consultative Sales approach & Product EvangelismMaintaining contact & relationship with all key clients to ensure repeat business and cross/up sellingChannel CentricIdentifying, appointing, developing, training & starting business with new focused AV/SI partners or dealersConceptualize, initiate & execute "channel focused" marketing program to ensure partner loyaltyDetailed Partner mapping & ensure mindshare & wallet shareDriving Distributor to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly Order & Sales target consistentlyGenericPreparing/facilitating techno-commercial proposal & presentationsEnabling Product Team sharing market information, help share regular inputs to create innovative & effective Marketing Collaterals, eDM etcAssigned Territory specific Data Base marketingDriving Forecast AccuracyProfessional Funnel Management SkillsValue Selling Capability
