Job Title: Assembly and Programming SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Assembly and Programming Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of programs within established timelines.Main Responsibilities:Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with program requests, maintaining a variation of +/- 1% of quoted time in assembly and programming tasks according to monthly specifications.Assist in modification, optimization, and line balancing requests by engineers as required.Update all backup information related to assembly and programming on a monthly basis.Implement the use of MES QM systems in manufacturing engineering areas, following new product introductions set by management.Ensure zero discrepancies in defining or adjusting internal systems for new equipment platforms.Provide training to technicians on generating programs and visual aids using software.Train engineers in creating process routes in the MES system.Implement at least one engineering improvement project.Benefits:This role offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, a collaborative work environment, and a competitive compensation package.What We Offer:We provide a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
