**About the Role**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Capacity Building Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on education.The role involves working closely with teachers, resource persons, and government officials at the district level to develop capacity building programs and training modules. The successful candidate will have excellent facilitation skills, strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi, and the ability to relate to trainees at all levels.The ideal candidate will be able to design need-based capacity building programs, conduct online/offline training sessions, document progress, and maintain records regularly. They will also be responsible for compiling and analyzing data, discussing findings, and finalizing region-wise specific capacity building needs.In addition, the Capacity Building Specialist will conduct frequent field visits to project schools to understand challenges faced by teachers and provide support.
