About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager who can drive sales through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and high-value client engagements. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation ability, and a charming personality with a well-groomed appearance. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients for residential and commercial real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, Admin teams, CXOs, and decision-makers. Conduct presentations, property showcases, and corporate engagement activities. Coordinate with internal teams for lead management, site visits, closures, and post-sales assistance. Track market trends, competitor activities, and corporate demand patterns. Ensure high-level client satisfaction and long-term business association. RequirementsCorporate Sales Experience: Mandatory Real Estate Sales Experience: Mandatory Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing corporate client portfolios. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Charming personality, good height, and well-groomed appearance is required for this role. Strong networking skills with existing corporate contacts (preferred). Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure, result-oriented environments. Comfortable working 6 days a week. Preferred QualitiesConfident, outgoing, and persuasive communicator. Smart, presentable, and energetic. Strong relationship-building capabilities with corporate decision-makers.
