Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance to senior management. Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and customer engagement. Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships. Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to inform future product development and enhancements.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier B-school preferred. 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the SaaS and/or eLearning sectors. In-depth understanding of the Indian eLearning market, including key players, trends, and challenges. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team to success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and data analysis software. Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.Preferred Skills:
Experience selling to educational institutions, corporate learning & development departments, and government bodies. Knowledge of digital learning technologies, learning management systems (LMS), and content delivery platforms.
