8 to 10 years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 4+ years as an Architect.Expertise in providing end-to-end architecture, solution design, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow implementations.Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog).Strong experience in CSM (case management, portals, omni-channel integrations).Hands-on knowledge of GRC (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).Proven experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation.Strong understanding of integration architecture using Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise connectors.Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, and performance optimization.Familiarity with Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and automation features.Expertise in Architecting solutions using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and enterprise middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).Expertise hands-on solutioning when needed (prototyping, technical POCs, troubleshooting).In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, encryption, RBAC).Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworksPreferred certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, CSM, GRC.
