Designation Regional Head - NorthEmployment Type Full TimeBase Location NoidaReporting to Chief Distribution OfficerDepartment Distribution - CommercialThe Regional Head – Corporate Commercial Business will be responsible for achieving regional business targets across commercial lines through effective broker, intermediary, and client management. The role involves driving new business acquisition and renewals, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong market presence. The person will lead and develop a regional team, fostering a performance-oriented culture focused on growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key DeliverableArea ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth• Meet or exceed monthly & annual business targets across all assigned lines of business.• Drive new business acquisition through brokers and intermediaries while ensuring high renewal rates.Broker/Intermediary Management• Maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, intermediaries –ensure renewals are managed proactively.• Identify, approach and activate new brokers and intermediaries toincrease market reach and penetration.Client Engagement & Market Presence• Meet clients regularly to build and sustain market presence.• Represent the company in market forums, industry events to enhance visibility.Team Management The incumbent will lead and develop a regional team, developing a performance-driven culture focused on growth and accountabilityService & Delivery• Ensure delivery standards (TATs) are met as per distribution/service guidelines.• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourced business.Operational and Reporting Excellence• Maintain accurate reports & dashboards as per company guidelines.• Ensure that all new business is correctly booked; handle allcoinsurance/reinsurance coordination and payments.Compliance and Accuracy• Ensure sourced business adheres to policy, regulation, internal audit requirements.• Ensure documentation, endorsements, proposals etc., are captured correctly and in time.Candidate Profile / RequirementsQualification DetailsExperienceMinimum 10 years in insurance sales / marketing, with at least 8 years covering the NCR market. Experience should include working with insurance companies or key brokers in the corporate commercial lines (Fire & Engineering, Liability, Marine, Workmen’s Comp, Employee Benefit etc.). Team Management experience is added advantage.Knowledge and Skills• Deep understanding of corporate insurance products.• Strong network among brokers, intermediaries in the corporate insurance market.• Excellent negotiation, communication & relationship building skills.• Strong strategic thinking + ability to execute tactically.Others• Proven track record of achieving targets.• High integrity, customer centric approach.• Ability to travel locally as needed.• Good with numbers, reporting, and performance metrics.What We Offer Competitive compensation with attractive incentives tied to achievement of business targets.
