Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage marketing initiatives from ideation to execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, and product teams) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of campaign deliverables, ensuring they align with the brand and business objectives.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular updates and feedback loops.
- Identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and ensure integration of innovative strategies.
- Work closely with analytics teams to measure campaign ROI and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and high-quality standards across all marketing projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-6 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
