We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other performance marketing channels. You will work closely with our content and design teams to ensure optimal campaign performance and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights, improve campaign ROI, and maximize lead generation.
- Manage budgets, bids, and creatives to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver high-quality leads.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep strategies innovative.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to drive actionable strategies.
- Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Location: Candidates must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
