Role Overview:
As a Team Lead - Sales at Thrillophilia, you will oversee and manage a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet business targets. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales operations, managing leads, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, share updates, and resolve challenges.
Train new team members on sales techniques, CRM tools, and company processes.
Sales Operations:
Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on both domestic and international travel packages.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Handle escalations to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel packages according to customer preferences.
Process Optimization:
Implement and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
Target Achievement:
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with management to design and implement campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 4+ years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
