As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team and help us build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Employer Branding: Enhance Thrillophilia’s employer brand through innovative recruitment strategies and by providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Maintain recruitment metrics and analyze data to optimize the hiring process and make informed decisions.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and close positions in a timely manner while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and talent market dynamics to ensure competitive and attractive offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal standards and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles.
- Knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitment.
