Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in tech or non-tech hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach to recruitment, and the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for both tech and non-tech roles to meet organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment performance and make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in tech or non-tech hiring.
- Proven experience in managing a team of recruiters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
