I am hiring candidates for the skill- SAP Solution Lead.Job Location- Kolkata, AhmedabadRequired range of work experience-15 YearsDrive Date-8/11/2025, Virtual DriveRole- SAP Solution LeadRequired Technical Skill Set**- End to End implementation expertise in SAP Finance (S4/HANA and Concur) and its integrations with other systemsEnd to End implementation expertise in SAP Procurement process across S4/HANA MM, Ariba, FieldGlassFunctional architecture experience in Finance and Procurement domains in SAPKnowledge of Analytics and Reporting platformsMust-Have**- The SAP Solution Lead / Architect is responsible for end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of SAP Finance and Procurement solutions. This role involves defining solution strategy, leading implementation projects, ensuring integration across SAP modules and third-party systems, and driving innovation for new capabilities. The position requires deep expertise in S/4HANA Finance (FI-CO), SAP MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, and integration frameworks.Candidate should have work experience of at least 4-5 End-to-End SAP Implementation Project as SAP solution architect or solution lead and at least 1 Support Project.The Following skills are mandatory:--Minimum 15 years of experience in designing of SAP solution specially in Finance and Procurement areas.Sound knowledge in SAP modulesAbility to drive Workshop discussion with Customer team to discuss pros/cons of different SAP solution and come up with final designShould have good understanding of different project phases and discuss with Customer to scope TCS work related to SAP landscape.Prepare design guidelines for the development team and work with the team to ensure quality and timelines of development.Work with other Enterprise Architects, Functional and Technical team to ensure integration between solutionsTechnical skills required -S/4HANA FI-CO: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO-PA, Cost Centers).SAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification.SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management.SAP Fieldglass: Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement.
