Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front office operations. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional guest relations, driving revenue, providing memorable guest experiences, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with various regulations, and curating unique local experiences. The Front Office Manager will lead a team to deliver unparalleled guest satisfaction and enhance the overall reputation of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all guests receive a warm and hospitable welcome and departure experience.
Implement revenue management strategies to maximize room occupancy and average daily rate.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, and prepare reports for management.
Design and implement exceptional guest experiences tailored to individual preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Regularly solicit guest feedback and use it to enhance services and experiences.
Train and mentor front office staff on SOPs to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to all local, state, regulations governing hospitality operations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law.
Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes.
Curate and promote unique local experiences that highlight the culture and attractions of Darjeeling.
Partner with local businesses and tour operators to create exclusive offerings for guests.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local events, attractions, and activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a deep knowledge of local culture and attractions.
