GBS also maintains continuous improvement plans to enhance our customer-oriented service culture.  About the opportunity we offer:Fixed assetsCreate and manage fixed assets register (perform depreciation, additions, transfer, disposal of assets)Perform adjustments to fixed assets registerPayroll AccountingProcess payroll (review, pay, record journal)Manage vacation and bonus provisions (update, record and adjust) in collaboration with Payroll department / Project controllersBank AccountingBook transactions and match bank statements with cash transactionsInter-Company AccountingBook inter-company transactions and match IC receivables / payablesPrepare IC schedules for P&L, BS and accrualsResolve IC partner queriesBalance Sheet ReconciliationsPerform Balance sheet reconciliations including Bank, Intercompany, Payroll & FA reconciliationsMonth-end period closeRespect and uphold month-end closing scheduleRecord journal vouchers duly supported with backupPerform accrual / reclassification journalsMIS Reporting as per agreed month-end calendarCo-ordination with AP & AR teams to ensure related accounts entries gets closedAdherence to Internal control policiesIn addition to above mentioned tasks, the jobholder may be asked to participate in: Implementing and standardising processes to ensure maximum efficienciesProviding input to continuous process improvementAbout you:We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:Qualifications and Experience:Must be a BCOM / MBA Finance /CA Inter with 4 to 6 Years of Post Qualification experienceExperience with International BPO / KPO preferredHands-on experience in ERP (IFS, People Connect, Oracle/SAP) is a mustKnowledge of French Language (Preferred) Personal competencies and qualities required:Record to Report expertise from outsourcing industry preferably Shared ServicesUnderstanding of GL tools (IFS/People Connect /SAP/Oracle, ARM, MS Office, Hyperion - HFM/ BPC 10 etc.)Knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS preferredAnalytical skills including collecting and researching data, designing work flow & proceduresAptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, getting to root cause of issuesProactive & adaptableProven ability to meet deadlinesAble to process sensitive informationTeam playerEnthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environmentYour career with us:Working at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
