We are looking for a passionate QA professional to join our dynamic environment and strengthen our product quality.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with strong expertise in manual testing and a fundamental understanding of automation tools. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, stable, and efficient products by designing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with developers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand requirements.Ensure end-to-end product quality across all releases.Work with basic automation scripts and tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) for API or UI tests.Create and maintain testing documentation including test plans, test reports, and defect logs.Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and release validations.Provide suggestions for improving QA processes and product performance.Required Skills & Qualifications4–7 years of experience in manual testing.Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.Hands-on experience in:Writing detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test reportsWeb application testingMobile app testing (Android/iOS)API testing (using Postman or similar)Basic knowledge of automation using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.Experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, ClickUp, etc.).Good understanding of SQL for basic DB validations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.Good to HaveExperience in fintech or BFSI domain.Exposure to performance testing tools.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.Why Join Fincart?Opportunity to work on impactful, high-growth fintech products.Collaborative work culture with strong learning and ownership opportunities.Competitive compensation and supportive environment.
