Skill – Data Analyst – KPO

Role / Tier:  Data Analyst  Lead – KPO / Tier 2

Role Objective:
Lead the quality assurance team. Oversee day-to-day QA operations, manage audit coverage, and drive consistency across QA analysts.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and leading a team of data analysts.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data from various databases.
Proven experience in building and maintaining data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
