URL: https://www.axiscades.comOur Subsidiaries Mistral Solutions: https://www.mistralsolutions.comEpcogen - https://www.epcogen.comAdd Solutions- https://www.add-solution.de/en/Title: BDM – Automotive/IndustrialLocation: Hebbal, Bengaluru, KA (100% Onsite)Employment Type: Fulltime PermanentJob Summary: Business Development• Generate leads for new clients AUTOMOTIVE/INDUSTRIAL market and follow through till purchase order.• Collaborate with pre-sales and proposal teams to develop customized manufacturing engineering solutions.• Contribute to proposal writing, RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer strategies and aerospace market trends.Account Management• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing AUTO customers (OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers).• Own the end-to-end responsibility of account planning, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and upsell/cross-sell engineering services.Customer Relationship Management• Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal technical/delivery teams.• Manage regular technical and business review meetings with customers.• Resolve client concerns and escalate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.Project Oversight• Track delivery performance and milestones in collaboration with project managers.• Ensure project scope, timelines, and quality are aligned with customer expectations.• Support in resource planning and delivery ramp-up/down activities based on account pipeline.Reporting and Documentation• Maintain detailed records of client communications, feedback, and action plans.• Provide regular reports to leadership on account health, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automotive/Industrial ) or Business.• 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within Automotive manufacturing or engineering services.• Experience working with Global Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers (Daimler, Mercedes, Ford, Caterpillar)• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Exposure in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and project collaboration tools.• Exposure to digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or MES tools is a plus.“We're an equal opportunity employer.
