Job TitleAn IT Service Management Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the Managed Services tool sets and associated processes.Daily operational supportTicket distribution management for timely client access requestsThis role involves Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the ITSM ticketing system, ensuring its smooth operation and evolution in line with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as SME for technical and functional design requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service NowProvide administrative support for users, roles, and groupsSupport existing ServiceNow environments, applications, and modulesMaintain and review ITSM process effectiveness and efficiencyAssist in upgrades and evolution of ServiceNowMonitor assignment group queues and proactively take ownership of incidents and requestsCollaborate with other team members on design and processes meeting technical requirementsValidate service request requirements and work them to completionParticipate in identifying enhancement opportunities and implementing improvementsThe successful candidate will have a solid background in supporting external customer-facing systems and understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
