Job Title: Senior Application Support EngineerWe are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Application Support Engineer. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in shaping and owning our commitment to excellent and highly available service delivery.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects that improve the service delivery of our Application Support team, being a primary point of contact for escalated product issues from our account and customer success teams, owning and orchestrating the triage, investigation, and resolution of complex technical issues, and being an expert in the products and workflows you support.Key Responsibilities:Deliver projects that improve the service delivery of our Application Support teamBe a primary point of contact for escalated product issues from our account and customer success teamsOwn and orchestrate the triage, investigation, and resolution of complex technical issuesBe an expert in the products and workflows you supportParticipate in application monitoring using logs, data stores, internal tools, and dashboardsBe a part of our incident response team, responding to alerts and bearing some on-call responsibilitiesRequirements:We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and data skills, familiarity with AWS services or similar, active SQL skill set, experience with release management toolset and service reporting tools like Datadog or similar.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams are also essential.
