Job Description:The Security Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity operations, ensuring service excellence and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement.Leads day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains to ensure smooth delivery.Ensures adherence to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets consistently.Collaborates with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security.Manages specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO.Conducts daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment.Drives service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Serves as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights.Monitors and manages incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines.Analyzes operational metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Ensures timely and accurate reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Handles escalations effectively, supports scope changes, and ensures compliance with audit and governance frameworks.Manages team availability, shift rosters, and performance dashboards, guiding delivery teams to align with customer expectations.Your Profile:To be successful in this role, you should have:A minimum of 12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or delivery role.A strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.The ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.
