Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical role in our organization.Job Description:As a Security Operations Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. Your responsibilities will include:Integrating log sources with SIEM platformsConfiguring ITSM solutions and incident response workflows within SIEMDeveloping and fine-tuning SIEM rules, use cases, and threat intelligence feedsIdentifying emerging cybersecurity trends and attack techniques through investigations and open-source intelligenceImplementing and operationalizing new rules for effective threat detectionIncorporating threat intelligence feeds into the platformValidating new use cases and rules, and deploying tested configurations into productionCreating and enhancing incident response playbooks as requiredRequired Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you must have:Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing Google Chronicle SIEMStrong working knowledge of advanced endpoint detection and response tools such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, and similar solutionsProficiency in creating detection logic, correlation rules, and custom use casesExperience integrating threat feeds and leveraging threat intelligence for proactive detectionFamiliarity with IR workflows, playbook development, and automationKnowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and integration tasksUnderstanding of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and other cybersecurity frameworksAbility to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsHands-on experience in one more of the following computer languages PowerShell, Bash, Python, Java, C/C++ to support cyber threat detection or reportingBenefits:This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.Our ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in platform engineering SIEM & SOAR deployment, management, use cases development, content engineering and threat intelOne of the following certifications: CISSP, OSCP, SIEM, CEH, CCNA Security, CHFI, CompTIA Security + etc.
