About This OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM tools and platforms, as well as leadership skills to manage a high-performing team.Manage a team of 50+ IAM professionals and oversee the development and implementation of IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in IAM implementations.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Leading large-scale IAM projects across diverse environments.Managing complex IAM projects and teams.Developing and implementing IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in IAM implementations.Staying current with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices.Ensuring high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and SLA adherence within the IAM team.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, the candidate should have:15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong hands-on expertise.Proven experience with major IAM tools and platforms, including Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM products, and Directory Services.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (50+ members) and manage complex IAM projects across diverse environments.Deep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, authentication, SSO, MIM, and identity lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and drive results.Preferred SkillsExperience working in global or large multinational organizations, certifications in IAM products, experience with cloud IAM solutions and hybrid IAM architectures, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
