Job Opportunity:We are seeking a Career Development Representative to support customer inquiries and process orders.The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, 3-5 years of customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat and Visio.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through Zendesk and provide timely responses.Review engineering drawings to process orders and submittals.Maintain order details in the system with high accuracy.Prepare reports, documentation and customer updates.Work with internal teams to resolve issues.Retrieve product information to support requests.Required Skills and Qualifications:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.2-3 years of hands-on experience in product design including drafting and assembly using standard tools.Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.Experience working with customer specifications and product requirements.Benefits:This is a remote work opportunity that requires minimum computer hardware and internet requirements.
