We’re expanding across Tamil Nadu in the coming months, starting with the Chennai market.OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Sales Officer with FMCG experience — ideally in snacks, packaged foods, or beverages — to drive Rune’s presence across Modern Trade (MT) and key General Trade outlets in Chennai. You’ll own store relationships, distributor coordination, and on-ground execution — from placement to visibility to sell-through.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strong relationships with Modern Trade chains, regional supermarkets, and distributors.Drive secondary sales and ensure product availability and visibility across MT and high-volume GT outlets.Execute listing, promotions, and merchandising in line with company plans.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume & value).Monitor stock levels, collections, and shelf performance through store visits and distributor coordination.RequirementsExperience: 3 - 5 years in FMCG field sales, preferably in snacks / packaged food / beverages segment.Exposure to Modern Trade and supermarket operations (store-level interactions, merchandising, visibility) is a must.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.CompensationFixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentive (per box sold)Attractive growth potential within a fast-scaling FMCG brand.Why Join RuneBe part of a bold, creative startup reimagining how India snacks.Work in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment with autonomy and growth.Opportunity to shape Rune’s presence in one of the most critical markets.To Apply:Email: sarikha@elvifoods.com
