Position: Sales Officer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Industry: Sports Goods / Sports Equipment / Sporting Accessories Experience: 3–6 Years (Preferably in sports goods, fitness equipment, or FMCG/retail sports category) Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred Job Purpose: To achieve sales targets in the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, institutions, and retail partners in the sports industry. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and sports academies. Identify new business opportunities in the sports goods and accessories market. Handle product promotion, sampling, and branding activities at field level. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends. Ensure proper availability, visibility, and placement of products in stores. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events. Collect market feedback and provide inputs for product development. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales dashboards. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local sports market and distribution network. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a go-getter attitude. Willing to travel extensively within Gujarat. Ability to handle both institutional and retail sales. Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience) Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
