Business Development Manager

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends competitors and potential areas for growth.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the hotels objectives and market dynamics.
- Identify target market segments and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agencies event planners and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
- Continuously explore new revenue streams such as group bookings events packages and ancillary services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews.
- Actively engage with guests to gather feedback address concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies to encourage repeat business and enhance guest satisfaction.
Networking and Representation:
- Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish professional relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory changes to remain competitive and adaptive in the market.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics market trends and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key insights achievements and areas for improvement.
