This role involves acting as the primary branch-level in-charge, driving sales, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Area Development Manager will significantly contribute to branch growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities· Sales & Business Development: Drive sales targets for new customer enrolments, identify new business, and lead the branch sales and collection team.· Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring seamless functioning and adherence to policies. Manage administration, record-keeping, and ensure excellent customer service.· Sales Operations & Collection: Supervise the financial product lifecycle. Strategize and execute collection mechanisms for timely payments and minimized arrears. Monitor performance and ensure compliance.· Team Leadership & Development: Train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
