At our organization, we are seeking a professional who can effectively manage backend admin tasks and provide responsive support to users via various communication channels.User Support & EngagementWe require an individual who can handle multiple chats at once and possess strong communication skills in order to resolve user queries quickly and professionally.This role involves assisting new talents in understanding the platform and creating optimized profiles for talent calls, event requirements, and listings.Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to guide clients on how to post talent calls and event requirements, as well as assist with resolving listing-related issues.User OnboardingThe selected candidate will assist new talents in completing their profiles, including photos, details, portfolio, and social links.They will also follow up with users who have not completed onboarding and provide tutorials, instructions, and simple walkthroughs to ensure a smooth experience.Admin & Operational SupportWe need someone who can review uploads, approve/reject profiles, update listings when needed, and report bugs or suspicious activity.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple chats at once are essential for this position.A comfort level with remote work and using admin dashboards is also necessary.RequirementsEnglish and Hindi language proficiencyAbility to handle WhatsApp-based support comfortablyOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple chats at onceComfortable working remotely and utilizing administrative dashboardsBenefitsRemote work flexibilityLong-term growth opportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage backend admin tasksProvide responsive support to usersAssist with user onboarding and profile creationResolve listing-related issues
