Uppteam | Inside Sales Manager | ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and training to boost productivity and sales skills.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize sales success rates.
- Set individual and team targets, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, marketing, and leadership to align on targets, campaigns, and sales messaging.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Desirable Skills
- Extensive experience in US/UK sales processes (5+ years preferred).
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations, particularly to medium to large groups.
- Experience in designing SOPs and training programs.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in managing and improving sales team performance.
Preferred Domain Experience:
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is highly preferred.
- Must have experience in the B2B service industry.
