We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Uppteam.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and consistently meeting weekly/monthly targets.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role with a strong track record in outbound sales through calling and emailing. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Industry experience in B2B services is mandatory, and exposure to the AEC industry is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a sales funnel by generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Managing incoming queries and building strong client relationships.
  • Qualifying leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding client requirements.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
  • Preparing for prospect calls by researching company backgrounds and gathering relevant lead information.
  • Monitoring customer buying trends and providing reports to management.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems for leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
  • Creating and maintaining account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
