Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.  About the mission we offer you: Purchase Order creation in different tools and softwareCreation of Goods / service receipt in different softwareProper liaising with stakeholders in order to close the old casesSelf Driven approach to complete the daily deliverablesReceive PR or Purchase or and PO amendments request from buyers and ensure creation of PO in IFS and Oracle from purchase requestsEnsure the closure of Purchase orderReleasing of PO and further communication with supplier, if requiredAbility to understand supplier quote for PO creationUnderstanding of commercial and legal terms used in Procurement process for effective PO creation and its managementManage and issue requests to create / modify supplier recordsLiaise with buyers to obtain the documents required for the creation of  supplier records and update them.Prepare and issue requests to create and / or modify supplier recordTo manage the on boarding process of supplier on request of Sourcing teamMonitoring and management of supplier invoicesReceipt of supplier invoices and conduct a compliance checkCheck and validate with various departments (QCS, Engineering, transport, purchasing) the completion of the invoiced service and inform the suppliers accordinglyKeep the record of receipts in software and ensure reconciliation with the invoices.Monitor the approval of invoices until paymentPerformed transition work till end process of start of project/ new processUnderstanding and designing of workflow and SOPs as per the agreed procedure and maintaining relevant trackers.Understanding of Perform quality checks and related corrective measuresAbout you:Masters degree 3-4 Years' Experience of working for similar positionComputer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)Experience in ERP IFS and Oracle is plusFluency in English (oral and written)Good analytical and presentation skillsUnderstanding of the purchasing processKnowledge of Accounting concepts would be preferableAbility to manage stress and good interpersonal skillsRespects confidentialityDisciplined, methodical and organizedOpen for 24*7 shiftsYour career with usWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
