About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for presenting our services to potential clients, managing customer relationships, and converting leads into successful business deals. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background (especially telesales), and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers.
- Use scripts and product knowledge to engage and convert prospects.
- Recommend suitable products/services based on customer needs.
- Record accurate customer information and sales data in our CRM system.
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture them to conversion.
- Collaborate with team members to share strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.
- Provide timely client support and strategic advice on offers and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, especially telesales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Good listener with problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and a team player with a drive to exceed targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
