With strong expertise in ADM processing, refund handling, fare audits, and compliance, Navigator GDS serves as a trusted backend partner for leading travel agencies and enterprises worldwide. Its dual-GDS expertise and service-driven culture ensure operational excellence, reliability, and client satisfaction across all travel segments.Key Responsibilities· Handle international and domestic ticketing efficiently using Sabre & Amadeus (cryptic mode).· Process ADMs, refunds, reissues, exchanges, and voids in compliance with airline and client policies.· Manage bulk ticketing operations for B2B clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.· Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal departments for issue resolution and escalations.· Maintain error-free documentation for audits, fare compliance, and ADM reconciliation.· Support internal reporting — daily, weekly, and monthly ticketing performance reports.· Ensure top-tier customer service through effective communication and issue handling.· Work closely with team leads to meet SLA targets and performance KPIs.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year in international ticketing with ADM/ticket handling exposure.GDS Expertise: Sabre & Amadeus (cryptic mode) – mandatory with hands-on ticketing experience.Communication Skills: Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).Assessments: SHL: Svar (B2 – 61) & Writex (B2 – 60); GDS Tests: Sabre & Amadeus practical.Availability: Immediate joiners only.Work Type: On-site, Airoli, Mumbai.Level: L2 (Mid-Senior).Preferred Skills· Knowledge of fare rules, consolidator fares, and group ticketing.· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fare calculations.· Ability to handle large ticketing volumes and meet tight deadlines.· Proficiency in refunds, exchanges, and ADM resolution.· Understanding of airline compliance, IATA rules, and travel documentation.· Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required.Hiring Process Resume Screening SHL Communication Assessment (Svar & Writex) GDS Skill Evaluation – Sabre & Amadeus Technical/Operations Interview Final HR DiscussionApply now by filling out the form below:CareerGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment #CareerAdvice #Leadership #SuccessMindset #WorkplaceCulture #HumanResources #Recruitment #HRInsights #Networking #HiringTips #TalentManagement
