Equity Capital Markets Leadership PositionRole SummaryThis leadership role oversees the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth in equity capital markets, manage complex transactions, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure regulatory compliance.Evaluate and develop opportunities for IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and placements.Promote investment advisory services by establishing relationships with corporates, investors, and other key stakeholders.Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Cultivating relationships with corporate leaders, private equity funds, and family offices to identify new business opportunities.Developing investor collateral, engaging with institutional investors, and managing roadshows to promote ECM services.Monitoring market volatility and sector performance to inform business decisions.Preparing pitch books and market commentary to support internal advisors and clients.Requirements:A comprehensive understanding of equity capital markets principles and practices.Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.At least 15 years of experience in Investment Banking or ECM.An in-depth understanding of IPO processes, listing requirements, and regulatory frameworks.Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
