About the RoleAs a seasoned investment professional, you will be responsible for leading investment execution and portfolio development across our core funds.This role will be based in Gandhinagar, India.Full-cycle investing: sourcing, thesis development, diligence, structuring, and post-investment portfolio work.Leading a team of Associates and Analysts, running internal reviews, and setting research quality and investment judgment standards.End-to-end deal execution, including building proprietary sourcing pipelines, driving founder meetings, and leading term sheet negotiation.Portfolio value creation, advising founders on go-to-market strategies, hiring, organizational design, and downstream capital.Team leadership, mentoring, and managing junior team members.Fund strategy and reporting, contributing to limited partner dashboards and investor updates.7–10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or fund investing.Strong deal sheet with 3+ investments led or co-led end-to-end.Experience in sourcing, founder interaction, due diligence, and investment committee presentation.Confident communicator able to defend a thesis without exaggeration.Bonus: operator background, product/strategy experience in a startup.
